Birthday Blues

Man...I'm kind of depressed. It's my 18th birthday today...but nothing's happening. It's just any other day. I don't think I'm even going out to dinner, seeing as how Eddie has work.

I guess since I'm 18 now, I'll go and update my info and all.

Oi, lass. M' 18th birthday was much the same. Or was it 19th? Eh, pro'lly both. Regardless, it 's no' really th' day i'self tha's impo'ant, nor the fact tha' you're such-and-such age now. It's rather th' fact that ye've managed t' live as long as ye' have, and ye've people who appreciate yer' existin'. And y' do, trust me. I make no guarantees, but I'll work on a b-day piece fer ye' if I get the time. And I may not upload it right away; m' current situation, though optimistic, is still a tad tenous. But I'll try, rest ye assured.
